Job Description

Monitor and control budget; Estimate at Complete (EAC) development, analysis and presentation, and understanding and use of Earned Value Management (EVM). Support Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) gate activities and administration, including bid and proposal activities and risk and opportunity management. Recommend changes in product design, tooling, and manufacturing methods to improve programs. Demonstrated initiative, perseverance, and creativity in problem solving, strategic planning, project and deadline administration, and utilization of business system resources.

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years related work experience guiding in operations, manufacturing, program, cross-functional

  • Ability to facilitate results through a cross-functional team

  • Earned Value Certification

  • Familiarity with scheduling and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems

  • IPDS Experience and thorough financial acumen
