  1. Lead and manage the Manufacturing/Operations department to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet industry standards and regulations.
  4. Manage and mentor a team of manufacturing and operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  8. Continuously monitor and improve safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  9. Develop and manage department budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on department performance and initiatives.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  15. Oversee the training and development of manufacturing and operations staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing/Operations Management Role.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Operations, Including Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

  • Experience With Supply Chain Management, Including Sourcing, Procurement, And Inventory Control.
