  1. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all company facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

  3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and increase efficiency.
  4. Order and maintain an inventory of necessary tools, equipment, and parts for maintenance and repairs.
  5. Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  6. Coordinate with other team members to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize disruption to daily operations.
  7. Comply with all safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.
  8. Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures, and make recommendations for enhancements.
  9. Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and equipment to ensure efficient and effective maintenance practices.
  10. Communicate regularly with management and other team members regarding maintenance needs, updates, and completed tasks.
