  1. Develop and implement materials and processes that minimize radar, infrared, and visual signatures of products.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate new materials and technologies for low observables applications.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials and processes meet project requirements and specifications.
  4. Design and conduct experiments to validate performance and effectiveness of low observables materials and processes.
  5. Monitor and analyze industry trends and advancements in low observables technology to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to low observables materials and processes.
  7. Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to materials and processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to provide updates and progress reports.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize low observables materials and processes.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on low observables concepts and techniques.
  12. Represent the company in industry conferences and events to showcase our expertise in low observables technology.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to source materials and develop new technologies.
  14. Provide support and guidance to other engineering teams to ensure successful integration of low observables materials and processes into products.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In The Design, Development, And Testing Of Low Observables Materials For Aircraft Or Other Defense Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Stealth Technology And Principles, Including Radar Cross Section (Rcs) Reduction Techniques And Materials.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools Such As Ansys Hfss And Cst Studio Suite.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations Pertaining To Low Observables Materials And Their Use In Military Applications.
