- Coordinate and oversee the transportation of materials and products for Raytheon Technologies globally
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and products to various locations
- Develop and maintain relationships with shipping carriers and freight forwarders to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions
- Monitor shipping schedules and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any transportation or logistics issues
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for transportation and logistics processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipment and transportation data
- Continuously evaluate and improve transportation and logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding transportation and logistics updates and any potential issues
- Stay informed on industry trends and changes in transportation regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to processes as needed.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Logistics Or Supply Chain Management
Knowledge Of Supply Chain And Logistics Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, And Transportation
Proficiency In Relevant Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting
