  1. Maintain and troubleshoot all aspects of the company's telecommunication systems, including voice technology.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and functionality of our voice services.
  3. Ensure that all voice systems are running smoothly and perform regular system maintenance.
  4. Monitor and analyze network performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize voice services.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and upgrades into the existing voice infrastructure.
  6. Provide technical support to end-users and resolve any voice-related issues promptly.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in voice technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for all voice systems, processes, and procedures.
  9. Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for voice services.
  10. Adhere to company security protocols and ensure that all voice systems are compliant with industry regulations.
  11. Train and mentor junior technicians on voice technology and systems.
  12. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and recommendations related to voice services.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of voice services.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  15. Identify and address potential risks and issues related to voice services and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Voice Network Infrastructure Design, Implementation, And Maintenance.

  • Proficiency In Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Cucm) And Other Voice Network Technologies Such As Sip, Voip, And Pstn.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Protocols And Security, Including Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, And Firewalls.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze And Resolve Complex Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.
