- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Utilize engineering principles and techniques to design, test, and implement new processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of processes and systems, making adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in engineering and technology to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes and systems, including standard operating procedures and technical specifications.
- Train and mentor team members on new processes and systems, ensuring proper understanding and implementation.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks in the implementation of new processes and systems.
- Communicate progress and updates to relevant stakeholders, including management and other departments, to ensure alignment and successful integration of new processes and systems.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations, in all aspects of work.
Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Industrial Engineering, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Defense Industry.
Knowledge And Experience In Lean Manufacturing Principles And Tools Such As Six Sigma, Kaizen, And Value Stream Mapping.
Proficiency In Project Management And Data Analysis Software, Such As Microsoft Project And Minitab.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Upper Management.
