Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Developing Hr And Payroll Applications, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr And Payroll Processes, Laws, And Regulations.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python, As Well As Database Management And Sql.
