- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making processes.
- Utilize HR systems and tools to collect, analyze, and report on HR data.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify key metrics and develop reports to track performance and progress.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key performance indicators and trends.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process and system enhancements.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support HR initiatives and programs.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to HR leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to HR analytics.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain employee data and records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Provide support for HR audits and compliance reviews.
- Act as a resource for HR team members regarding data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the HR department.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics, Data Analysis, Or A Similar Role.
Knowledge Of Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Data Visualization Tools.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Collect, Analyze, And Interpret Large Amounts Of Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
