  1. Oversee the operational execution of multi-million dollar contracts related to the Global Partnerships and Initiatives (GPI) program.
  2. Work closely with international partners to drive innovation and achieve strategic objectives.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within the organization and with external partners.
  4. Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, budgets, and timelines.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the program's operational execution.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and business development, to support the success of the program.
  7. Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of program goals.
  8. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices for program management.
  9. Monitor and report on program performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in international business regulations to ensure program compliance.
  11. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the GPI program and work with leadership to develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  12. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the GPI program team.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the GPI program and build relationships with potential partners.
  14. Hire, train, and mentor team members to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.
  15. Ensure all program operations are aligned with the company's mission, values, and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably Within The Defense Industry.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Program Objectives.

  • Strong Understanding Of Program Management Principles, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, Risk Management, And Customer Relations.
