  1. Oversee all aspects of program operations for the Global Positioning and Navigation Systems programs at Raytheon Technologies.
  2. Develop and implement program strategies and plans to ensure successful execution and delivery of program objectives.
  3. Monitor program performance, including cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure program success.
  4. Lead a team of program managers and project managers to effectively manage program resources and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and supply chain, to drive program execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process improvements to increase program efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Manage program budgets and financial forecasts, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  8. Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to Global Positioning and Navigation Systems, and use this knowledge to inform program strategies and decisions.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all program operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Program Management Or Operations Management, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Engineering, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Programs, Including Budget, Schedule, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interface With Various Stakeholders, Including Customers, Vendors, And Internal Teams.
