General Accountant

The Global Business Services Controller Organization is looking for a detail oriented professional to join the Fixed Asset Accounting Team. Fixed asset accounting responsibilities will include capitalizations, monitoring assets under construction, account reconciliations, and various fixed and intangible asset related financial and accounting processing and reporting responsibilities. Supporting the reconciliation activities and close processes of the GBS Fixed Asset Accounting team. General Ledger accounting entries. Balance Sheet Reconciliations. Data analysis and related corrective action associated with the accounting activities above. PwC, DCAA, and Internal Audit Support, as needed. Additional tasks include financial reporting, process improvements and ad hoc projects providing exposure to Corporate Treasury, Corporate. Accounting, Business Accounting, SAP Competency Center, etc. Exposure to and possible involvement in supporting multiple areas of GBS including Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Payroll, Timekeeping, Sales, Use, & Property Tax, Global Disbursements, Contracts to Cash, etc.
