ETL Developer and Tech Lead

This role supports the expansion of the EDX Data Ecosystem through data integration/ingestion of various internal and external data sources. Design & develop Matillion processes for loading data into different layers of the Cloud-based Snowflake EDX Data Ecosystem. Collaborate with D&A functional leads, technologists, and business counterparts to enable delivery of analytics solutions that will scale across the company. Proactively apply performance tuning techniques. Identify and share development and performance tuning best-practices across the team. Troubleshoot and support production issues. Create and maintain documentation on developed processes. Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide guidance and expertise in support of strategic company initiatives.
