Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For A Lab Manager Position At Raytheon Technologies. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Engineering Principles.
Previous Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Management Or Leadership Role Within An Engineering Services Lab. This Demonstrates The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Manage Projects.
