  4. Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to identify and implement improvements to existing systems.
  5. Keep accurate records and documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.

  8. Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate maintenance and repairs.

  11. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential risks and hazards in the work environment.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary parts and equipment.
  15. Participate in meetings and provide input on ways to improve processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise In Electro-Mechanical Systems: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Electro-Mechanical Systems And Their Components, As Well As A Working Knowledge Of Electrical Circuits, Mechanical Assemblies, And Control Systems.
