8. Collaborate with external organizations and stakeholders to build partnerships and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
9. Develop and manage diversity and inclusion metrics and reporting to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.
10. Act as a role model and champion for diversity and inclusion within the company and the community.
