  1. Oversee the manufacturing and operations functions at multiple Sensor Depot sites, ensuring efficient and timely production of high-quality sensor technologies.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing and operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality, to ensure seamless production processes and timely delivery of products.
  5. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize performance.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the manufacturing and operations processes.
  8. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing best practices and innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.
  9. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the manufacturing and operations functions.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing and operations processes, and proactively incorporate them into the operations strategy to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Manufacturing, Operations, Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing And Operations Roles, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Position.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies, With Demonstrated Success In Implementing Them In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Manufacturing Sites, Including Budget Management, Resource Allocation, And Supply Chain Optimization.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Alignment Towards Common Goals.
