1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent for the organization.
2. Provide operational support to the global workforce, ensuring a seamless and efficient employee experience.
3. Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering enterprise-wide people services, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and business partners, to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and maintain a high level of ethical standards in all aspects of the role.
7. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for employees, promoting diversity and equity.
8. Develop and manage budgets and resources for the Enterprise People Services team.
9. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
11. Analyze and utilize data to make informed decisions and measure the effectiveness of people programs and initiatives.
12. Serve as a key point of contact for escalated employee issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
14. Represent the organization and promote its values and culture to external stakeholders, such as job candidates and industry professionals.
15. Stay updated on developments and changes in the HR field, and make recommendations for updates and improvements to HR policies and practices.
