A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Desktop Support And Troubleshooting In A Corporate Environment.
Proficiency In Windows And Mac Operating Systems, As Well As Experience With Software Installation And Configuration.
Strong Knowledge Of Network Connectivity And Basic Understanding Of Network Protocols.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot And Solve Technical Issues For End-Users.
