  1. Provide exceptional technical support to all employees in the company, both remotely and in person.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices.
  4. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
  5. Manage and maintain software licenses, updates, and patches on all end-user devices.
  6. Conduct regular hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Train and educate employees on the proper use of technology and software applications.
  8. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the industry.
  9. Work with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment and software.
  10. Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
  11. Provide after-hours support and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
  12. Adhere to strict security protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide timely updates on ongoing issues.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure best practices are being followed.
  16. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge And Skills: A Desktop Specialist At Raytheon Technologies Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of Computer Hardware And Software, As Well As Networking And Troubleshooting Skills. They Should Also Be Familiar With Different Operating Systems, Such As Windows And Mac Os.
