- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Raytheon Technologies' cyber security products and services.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and understand technical information.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical audiences.
- Write and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and release notes.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all technical documentation.
- Develop templates and style guides to maintain consistency in all technical writing.
- Conduct research and gather information from various sources to support technical writing.
- Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve technical documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and cyber security.
- Work closely with the development team to understand new features and updates and incorporate them into technical documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create technical marketing collateral.
- Participate in training and knowledge sharing sessions with team members to improve writing skills and product knowledge.
- Adhere to company standards and guidelines for technical writing.
- Ensure all documentation follows legal and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of technical documentation.
Bachelor's Degree In Technical Writing, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Technical Writing, Preferably In The Cyber Or Technology Industry.
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Cyber Terminology, Concepts, And Best Practices.
Proficient In Using Technical Writing Tools And Software, Such As Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, And Xml.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Technical Teams And Translate Complex Information Into Clear And Concise Documentation.
