- Develop and maintain technical documentation for cybersecurity solutions, including white papers, technical reports, user manuals, and training materials.
- Research, analyze, and synthesize technical information from various sources to create clear and concise written content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.
- Translate complex technical concepts and terminology into easy-to-understand language for non-technical audiences.
- Edit and proofread technical documentation for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
- Stay current with industry trends and changes in technology to continuously improve the quality and relevance of written materials.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards, style guides, and branding guidelines.
- Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of technical documentation.
- Participate in review and feedback processes to incorporate suggestions and improvements into technical content.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge bases and repositories.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or discrepancies in technical documentation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to technical writing and documentation.
Bachelor's Degree In Technical Communication, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Technical Writing For Cybersecurity Or Information Security.
Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles And Practices, Including Risk Management And Compliance Standards.
Proficiency In Using Technical Writing Tools And Software, Such As Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, And Madcap Flare.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Translate Complex Technical Information Into Clear And Concise Documentation For Various Audiences.
