  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of cyber security incidents and breaches, utilizing forensic tools and techniques to identify and mitigate threats.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve security incidents and provide recommendations for preventive measures.
  3. Utilize expertise in cyber forensics to identify, collect, preserve, and analyze digital evidence.
  4. Proactively monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs to identify and respond to potential threats.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and emerging technologies to continually improve the company's security posture.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for cyber incident response and forensic investigations.
  7. Provide timely and accurate reports on security incidents and investigations to management and other stakeholders.
  8. Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses and recommend remediation strategies.
  9. Work closely with the IT and security teams to implement and maintain security controls and protocols.
  10. Conduct regular audits and reviews of systems and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on cyber forensics and incident response procedures.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on cyber security matters, providing guidance and support to other departments and stakeholders.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's cyber incident response and forensic capabilities.
  14. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in handling digital evidence and maintaining confidentiality.
  15. Stay current on industry trends and developments in cyber security and make recommendations for the adoption of new technologies and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Digital Forensics And Incident Response.

  • Proficiency In Forensic Tools Such As Encase, Ftk, Or X-Ways.

  • Knowledge Of Network Protocols And Cyber Threat Intelligence.

  • Relevant Certifications Such As Ence, Gcfa, Or Ace.
