  13. Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and multimedia specialists to produce high-quality courseware materials.
  14. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all courseware design and analysis tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Courseware Design And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Or Government Setting.

  • Proficiency In Instructional Design Principles, Adult Learning Theory, And E-Learning Technologies.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Experience With Learning Management Systems And Authoring Tools, Such As Articulate Storyline Or Adobe Captivate.
