  1. Manage and maintain the configuration of all products and systems within the company, ensuring accuracy and integrity at all times.
  2. Develop and implement configuration management processes and procedures in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all changes to products and systems are properly documented and approved.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with configuration management processes and procedures.
  5. Identify and resolve any configuration issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Maintain and update configuration databases and repositories to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  7. Communicate and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely release and delivery of products and systems.
  8. Provide training and support to team members on configuration management processes and tools.
  9. Monitor and track all changes made to products and systems, ensuring proper documentation and version control.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in configuration management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure proper configuration management of external components.
  12. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input and expertise on configuration management matters.
  13. Prepare and present reports to management on the status of configuration management processes and projects.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  15. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of configuration management processes and make necessary adjustments for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Configuration Management, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standard Configuration Management Tools, Such As Git, Jenkins, And Puppet.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Lifecycle And Configuration Management Best Practices.

  • Ability To Obtain And Maintain A Security Clearance At The Appropriate Level For The Position.
