Business Process FP&A Analyst - Onsite

- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Utilize financial planning and analysis techniques to evaluate the impact of process improvements on overall financial performance.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation of business processes, including standard operating procedures and process maps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes and track their effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to business processes.
- Continuously identify areas for increased efficiency and cost savings.
- Remain up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in business process optimization.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Technology Industry
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting
Experience With Sap Or Other Enterprise Financial Planning Systems
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Financial Information To Various Stakeholders And Management Levels.
