Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Systems Engineering Processes, Tools, And Methodologies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Systems Engineering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
