  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and protocols to protect company assets and mitigate potential risks.
  2. Oversee all insurance policies and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of vulnerability and develop plans for risk mitigation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential risks associated with new business initiatives and projects.
  5. Manage relationships with insurance brokers and carriers to negotiate favorable terms and coverage for the company.
  6. Monitor and analyze insurance claims to identify trends and develop strategies to reduce future losses.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness of risk management strategies.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on risk management and insurance policies and procedures.
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the company's risk profile and insurance coverage.
  10. Lead and manage a team of risk management and insurance professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  11. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents to ensure appropriate risk transfer mechanisms are in place.
  12. Act as a liaison between the company and insurance providers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  13. Continuously assess and improve risk management and insurance processes, policies, and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on risk management and insurance matters, providing guidance and support to other departments and business units as needed.
  15. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with external stakeholders related to risk management and insurance matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Risk Management And Insurance, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Similar Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Risk Assessment Techniques, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Mitigating Risks, As Well As Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management To Drive Risk Management Initiatives.
