- Oversee the execution and delivery of key programs within the organization.
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure that programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution.
- Set and monitor program performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives and requirements.
- Communicate program updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor and track program expenditures and report on budget status.
- Develop and implement program management processes and procedures.
- Mentor and coach program team members to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in program management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration between programs and organizational goals.
- Uphold company values and promote a positive work environment.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Engineering, Or Project Management.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Operations, Or A Related Field Within The Aerospace And Defense Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large, Complex Programs With Multiple Stakeholders And Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Understanding Of Program Management Principles, Processes, And Tools, Including Risk Management, Scheduling, Cost Control, And Performance Metrics.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
