  1. Oversee and manage the development, production, and delivery of propulsion systems for aerospace products.
  2. Lead the Propulsion value stream and ensure its success in meeting company goals and objectives.
  3. Utilize strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team of engineers and technicians.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
  5. Create and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and performance of the Propulsion value stream.

  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development and production of propulsion systems.
  11. Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on program progress and address any issues or concerns.
  12. Mentor and develop team members to promote growth and succession planning within the organization.
  13. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry

  • Demonstrated Success In Leading And Managing Large, Complex Projects Or Programs
