  1. Support Employee Recruitment and Onboarding: The Assistant Manager of Human Resources will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process by creating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. They will also assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating orientation and training programs.
  2. Manage Employee Relations: This role will be responsible for addressing employee concerns and conflicts and providing guidance and support to managers in handling employee relations issues. They will also assist in conducting investigations and taking appropriate disciplinary actions.
  3. Administer HR Processes and Policies: The Assistant Manager of Human Resources will assist in implementing and maintaining HR processes and policies, such as performance management, employee development, and compensation and benefits programs. They will ensure that all policies and procedures are compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
  4. Support Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: This individual will play a vital role in promoting diversity and inclusion within the company. They will assist in developing and implementing initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable work environment for all employees.
  5. Maintain Employee Records: The Assistant Manager of Human Resources will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records. They will also ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
  6. Support Employee Development: This role will assist in coordinating and implementing employee training and development programs. They will also work with managers to identify employee development needs and provide resources to support their growth and career advancement.
  7. Provide HR Support to Managers and Employees: The Assistant Manager of Human Resources will serve as a point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR-related matters. They will provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
  8. Stay Up-to-Date on HR Trends and Best Practices: This individual will be responsible for staying informed on current HR trends, laws, and best practices. They will use this knowledge to make recommendations for process improvements and ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Management Role.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills.

  • Experience In Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, And Employee Relations.
