  1. Collaborate with the Contract Security Program Officer to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures, and stay updated on any changes or updates.
  3. Conduct security briefings and trainings for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of security policies.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of security plans and procedures to protect company assets and information.
  5. Conduct security inspections and audits to identify any potential security risks or vulnerabilities.
  6. Monitor and track security clearance processes for employees and contractors.
  7. Manage and maintain all security-related documentation and records.
  8. Stay informed about any security incidents or breaches and take appropriate actions to address them.
  9. Communicate and coordinate with government agencies and contractors regarding security matters.
  10. Conduct regular security briefings and debriefings for employees and contractors.
  11. Investigate any security incidents or violations and report findings to the Contract Security Program Officer.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective security measures are in place.
  14. Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to the security program.
  15. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of security clearances, training, and other security-related information.
  16. Assist with the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.
  17. Continuously assess and monitor security risks and make recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  18. Communicate any security updates or changes to relevant parties in a timely and effective manner.
  19. Participate in security meetings and trainings to stay updated on security policies and procedures.
  20. Act as a point of contact for security-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees and contractors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Criminal Justice, Security Management, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Security Management, Preferably In A Government Contracting Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Government Security Regulations And Guidelines, Including Nispom, Jpas, And Efcl.

  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance With The Ability To Obtain And Maintain A Ts/Sci Clearance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
