
Production Assembler
Performs a variety of production functions on various types of small machines in order to create a product according to specifications. Position is typically located in a soft assembly environment – sewing, sealing, gluing, assembling, etc. Assemble material together and manufacture parts by using small machines. Perform daily routine maintenance on machines. Ensure machines have required material according to production specifications. Verify tolerances are correct and product meets required specifications according to blueprints or process instructions. Initiate standard repairs and reinforcements on products as needed. Inspect product for defects during various stages of production. Participate in production improvement initiatives. Maintain applicable records. Demonstrates the Dimensions of Competition and Raven Team Member Values in their daily actions. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently.
Previous production experience is preferred, but not required.
Ability to read blueprints and work instructions, and maintain accurate records.
