Perform design duties for one or more projects to meet UX, technical, and business needs. Use wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, storyboards, mockups, and/or high?fidelity prototypes to communicate the current or future user experience. Participate in gathering research insights and concept testing to inform design decisions. Advocate for user?centered design including research, design, and accessibility. Leverage and contribute to existing design systems, pattern libraries, and UI guidelines.
Minimum 5 years of experience
Experience designing enterprise software, B2B applications or large employee facing systems
Prior experience with medical or healthcare industries
Leadership and/or involvement in the UX community (e.g., UXPA, AIGA, IxDA, meet?ups, clubs, conferences)
Experience creating wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts
