A private-equity owned content distribution company, is in search of an Interim Human Resources executive for a 3-6 month engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing international entertainment company with locations in 5 countries. Our client provides post-production technology and distribution services to the world's leading producers of entertainment and digital content. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will focus on standing up the global payroll of 3,000+ employees, oversight of Transition Services Agreements as a result of M&A activity, and executing varying global HR projects.
Proven performance as a Human Resource leader of a multi-national entertainment company
Experience in establishing and standing-up a US payroll
Must have proven history of working with Transition Service Agreements (TSAs)
Private Equity-owned entities are a big plus
