
Fraud and Claims Specialist
- Receive inbound call from customers who are recognizing fraud on their account.
- Work directly with the vendor to dispute the charges and process the chargebacks.
- Review accounts to manage activity.
- Investigate and work on claims.
- Provide excellent customer service.
