  1. Prepare and serve high quality coffee and other beverages to customers in a timely manner.
  2. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including brewing equipment, counters, and seating areas.
  5. Follow Starbucks recipes and standards to ensure consistency in product quality.
  6. Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and pricing to accurately answer customer inquiries.
  7. Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  8. Upsell and promote additional products and services to customers.
  9. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  10. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
  11. Keep track of inventory levels and restock as needed.
  12. Assist in training new team members on barista skills and customer service.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  15. Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
