- Maintain the produce and grocery departments by stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring proper presentation.
- Assist with receiving and inspecting deliveries of fresh produce and grocery items.
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to management.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
- Ensure all products are properly priced and labeled.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the freshness and quality of products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions and sales to assist customers and increase sales.
- Assist with creating visually appealing displays to attract customers and promote products.
- Perform cash handling duties and operate cash registers when needed.
