- Assist in providing high quality care to customers by accurately dispensing medications and providing patient counseling.
- Work closely with the pharmacist to ensure all prescriptions are filled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety and efficiency of pharmacy operations.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills by actively participating in training and development programs.
- Communicate effectively with customers, healthcare professionals, and other team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in regards to patient confidentiality and medication handling.
- Take initiative to identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in the pharmacy.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Participate in community outreach programs and events to promote the pharmacy and its services.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and positive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy From An Accredited Institution: This Qualification Is Essential As It Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Pharmaceutical Knowledge And Understanding Of Drug Therapies.
Active Pharmacy Intern License: Candidates Should Possess A Current And Valid Pharmacy Intern License From The State In Which They Will Be Working. This Ensures That They Are Legally Able To Assist The Pharmacist In Dispensing Medications.
