- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medication accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety and accuracy of medication dispensing.
- Comply with all state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Learn and utilize pharmacy software systems to accurately process prescriptions and maintain patient records.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking medications and supplies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance pharmacy knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the pharmacy.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Pharmd Degree Is Required For A Pharmacy, Grad Intern Position At Ralphs.
Active Pharmacy Intern License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Pharmacy Intern License In The State Where They Will Be Working.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For Effectively Interacting With Customers, Healthcare Professionals, And Other Team Members.
Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Pharmacy Or Healthcare Setting, Is Highly Desirable.
Knowledge Of Pharmaceuticals: A Thorough Understanding Of Prescription Drugs, Over-The-Counter Medications, And Pharmaceutical Laws And Regulations Is Necessary For This Role.
