We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Grocery Pick Up Clerk. As an integral part of our online grocery pick up service, you will play a crucial role in providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.   1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive for their scheduled online grocery pick up time slot.
  2. Retrieve and fulfill online grocery orders accurately and efficiently, paying close attention to detail and ensuring all items are accounted for.
  3. Communicate with customers throughout the pick up process, providing updates and any necessary substitutions or changes to their order.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including properly storing perishable items and disposing of any waste or packaging materials.
  5. Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking and restocking items as needed.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure all pick up orders are processed and ready for customers on time.
  7. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the pick up process.
  9. Stay informed about current promotions and sales to assist customers with any questions or inquiries.
