- Greet and welcome customers to the Online Grocery Pick Up area in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with their online grocery orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the pick-up process.
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on their orders.
- Accurately select and bag items for customer orders, paying attention to special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean and organized pick-up area, ensuring all items are properly stored and labeled.
- Collaborate with store staff to resolve any issues or concerns related to online orders.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.

Attention To Detail: As The Clerk Will Be Responsible For Accurately Picking And Packing Customer Orders, Attention To Detail Is Crucial. This Includes Correctly Selecting Items, Checking For Quality And Expiration Dates, And Properly Bagging Items For Pickup.
Basic Computer Skills: The Clerk Will Be Using A Computer To Access And Process Online Orders, So Basic Computer Skills Are Necessary. This Includes Proficiency In Using Email, Navigating Websites, And Basic Data Entry.
Physical Stamina: The Job Of An Online Grocery Pick Up Clerk Can Be Physically Demanding, As It Involves Standing For Long Periods Of Time, Lifting And Carrying Heavy Items, And Moving Quickly To Fulfill Orders. Candidates Must Be Able To Meet These Physical Demands.
