Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner

• Assist customers with online ordering and pickup of groceries • Provide advice and assistance to customers to help them choose the best products • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Ensure customer satisfaction by answering questions and resolving issues • Receive, store, and rotate stock for the grocery department • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions • Follow safety, sanitation, and security procedures • Ensure orders are filled and packaged properly for quick and safe delivery • Assist in keeping the store looking tidy and presentable • Adhere to all Ralphs and company policies and procedures
