Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk

We’re looking for an extraordinary individual to join our Ralphs family as an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk. At Ralphs, we believe in creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers, and your role in that mission will be integral. You'll need to be enthusiastic, friendly, and have a knack for providing excellent customer service.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of grocery products and store policies is preferred, but not required. You'll also need to have reliable transportation to and from the store, and be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
3. Pick items from shelves based on customer orders.
4. Ensure accuracy of order filling and check for quality and expiration dates.
5. Receive payments from customers and provide correct change.
6. Load customer orders into their vehicles.
7. Answer customers’ inquiries and resolve any complaints in a timely manner.
8. Maintain clean and organized work environment.
9. Follow store policies and procedures.
10. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
