Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk

Ralphs is looking for a friendly and reliable Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our online grocery pickup service. If you have the necessary qualifications and believe you are the perfect candidate, we look forward to hearing from you!Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs• Previous customer service experience• Familiarity with computers and basic POS system operations• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers upon arrival and ensure their orders are accurate and complete.
2. Load customer orders into their vehicles in a courteous and timely manner.
3. Assist customers with any questions or concerns regarding their orders.
4. Ensure all orders are accurately processed in the POS system.
5. Stock shelves and rotate products as needed.
6. Keep the pickup area clean and organized.
7. Follow safety protocols when unloading and loading groceries.
8. Follow all company policies and procedures.
9. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
10. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
