3. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing meats, providing information on cuts, prices, and cooking instructions.
4. Receive and process meat orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
5. Ensure all meats are properly labeled and priced according to company standards.
6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to management.
7. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the freshness and quality of all meats.
8. Assist in preparing specialty cuts and packaging for display.
9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the meat department.
10. Continuously learn about new products and trends in the meat industry to better serve customers.
11. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management if necessary.
