Grocery Bagger

We are looking for an enthusiastic Grocery Bagger to join the Ralphs team! As a Grocery Bagger, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packing customers’ groceries into bags and helping them get to their vehicles. The ideal candidate is an organized and reliable individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. If you are excited to become part of a fast-paced team with a great atmosphere, we want you!Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year of customer service experience, the ability to stand for long periods of time, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Additionally, you must have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and answer any inquiries they have
2. Offer assistance to customers in selecting and carrying groceries to their vehicles
3. Collect payment and provide change and receipts
4. Ensure that all items are accurately packed into bags
5. Count and restock bags and other supplies when necessary
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area
7. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
8. Provide excellent customer service
9. Remain professional and friendly at all times
10. Follow store policies and procedures
