General Merchandise Clerk

Ralphs is looking for an experienced and hardworking General Merchandise Clerk to join our team. • Maintain product knowledge, with an ability to explain product features and benefits to customers. • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. • Maintain a neat and organized work area. • Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure product displays are well-stocked. • Accurately process customer transactions at the register. • Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as necessary. • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner. • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. • Assist in managing promotional activities, such as setting up displays and advertising materials. • Assist with training new staff members. • Follow health and safety guidelines.
