Ralphs is looking for a friendly and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Courtesy Clerk. This position is an integral part of our store and requires a customer-focused approach and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is excited to be part of the Ralphs team.The Courtesy Clerk is responsible for providing friendly customer service and ensuring a smooth check-out experience for our customers. As our Courtesy Clerk, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, including assisting customers with bagging groceries, helping them find items in the store, and answering any questions they may have. You must be able to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude.To be successful in this role, you must have prior customer service experience, be able to multi-task, and possess excellent communication skills. In addition, a high school diploma or equivalent is required. We are looking for someone who is a team player and has a positive attitude.
