• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions. • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. • Assist with stocking shelves and rotating merchandise. • Follow all store policies and procedures. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. • Ensure safety and security of the store by monitoring customers and employees. • Remain up to date on new products, services, and promotions. • Perform other duties as assigned.
